Reconfiguring the layout inside a tight 4–5 week programme.
The brief called for internal layout changes — reworking walls and room flow across an 80 sqm flat — which pushed first-fix M&E behind the original sequence and threatened the 4–5 week deadline.
Carrington re-sequenced the programme around the new layout — overlapping strip-out, first fix and plastering trades so the reconfiguration happened without losing the critical path, keeping the flat on budget and let-ready on time.
